Mucci Farms is a family owned greenhouse grower founded in 1963 in Kingsville, Ontario. What began as a small family plot is now one of North America's leading greenhouse operations, growing tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, strawberries and lettuce for retailers across the continent - all with the same family standards we started with.

  1. 1963

    The Mucci family plants its first greenhouse in Kingsville, Ontario.

  2. 1980s

    Second generation expands into tomatoes-on-the-vine year round.

  3. 2003

    Mucci Pac opens, bringing packing and distribution in house.

  4. 2015

    Smuccies greenhouse strawberries launch across North America.

  5. 2026

    Over 1,000 acres of greenhouses across Ontario, Ohio and Quebec.

SUSTAINABILITY

Greenhouse growing uses up to 90% less water and 10 times less land than field farming. We recirculate irrigation water, heat with cogeneration, pollinate with bumblebees and control pests biologically - so our fruit never needs pesticides applied to it.
