Production Line Leader

Job Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Direct daily line staffing, breaks and workflow
• Monitor line output against production targets and report variances
• Train new team members on packaging standards and equipment
• Escalate quality or equipment issues immediately to the Supervisor

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Previous leadership experience in a food production environment
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cold environment
• Strong communication skills; second language an asset

Compensation: $21.75 / hr

Working Conditions

• Greenhouse and packing facility environment with variable temperature and humidity
• Regular standing, walking, bending and lifting up to 25 kg with proper technique
• Personal protective equipment provided and required at all times on the floor
• Six-day schedules and occasional Sundays during peak season, based on crop volume
